KSV previously managed members, dues, and course offerings through scattered lists and manual coordination between the people responsible. This made it hard to keep an overview and track changes in day-to-day club operations.
With methacore, KSV now runs its club administration on a central platform. At the core of the deployment is the course booking system: members can book courses directly online, the club keeps a clear view of enrolment and status, and the whole thing runs at no extra licence cost to the club, since methacore operates on a commission basis here.
The result is a single, centrally visible administration in place of scattered individual solutions.
