Artim ID Business

One way in for the whole company

Your people sign in with what they already have. You decide who belongs, how strongly it is secured, and when access ends.

What is in it

Sign-in that fits your IT

Artim ID Business sits in front of every Artim service. What your organisation sets there applies to every member.

Single sign-on

SAML 2.0 and OpenID Connect. Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, Okta or whatever you run stays the source of truth.

Verified domains

Once your domain is confirmed, every address on it is routed to your sign-in method automatically. Nobody has to remember where to click.

Mandatory two-factor

Binding for the whole organisation if you want it, with an authenticator app, a passkey or a recovery code.

Members and roles

Invite, set a role, remove. Someone who leaves loses access to every service at once rather than service by service.

Connect your own apps

Your internal tools can use the same sign-in: OIDC clients with your own redirect URIs and scopes.

Sessions and audit

See and end open sessions, and read a record of what happened on the account.

How it goes

Three steps to running

You can register here. Everything after that happens in the admin console, because that is where the rights belong.

  1. 1

    Register the organisation

Right on this site: your Artim ID, the organisation's name, your domain and the shape of it. After that the organisation is yours.

  2. 2

    Confirm the domain

A TXT record in DNS proves the domain is yours. Without that proof nobody is routed to your organisation automatically.

  3. 3

    Connect the identity provider

Exchange metadata, test a sign-in, switch it on. We will walk you through it if you like.

Shall we get going?

Registering takes a few minutes. If there is something to settle first, a conversation is the shorter route.
