Right of withdrawal
For consumers, on contracts concluded at a distance.
Who this applies to
A right of withdrawal is held by consumers, meaning natural persons entering the contract for predominantly private purposes. Anyone ordering as a company, association or freelancer has no right of withdrawal.
It applies to contracts concluded exclusively through means of distance communication, for example by email, by phone or through a form on this website.
Notice of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract. An email is sufficient.
To meet the withdrawal deadline it is enough for you to send your statement before the period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal.
We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless something else has been agreed with you. You will not be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount proportionate to what has been provided up to the point of withdrawal.
Early expiry
For a contract for the provision of services, the right of withdrawal expires once we have fully performed the service, provided you expressly agreed beforehand that we should begin and at the same time acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance.
For digital content it expires accordingly once we have begun performance and you have expressly declared both of the above.
