Review guidelines

The principle

We only publish reviews from people who have actually worked with us or used one of our systems. We do not write reviews ourselves, we do not buy any, and we do not pay anyone for one.

Critical reviews stay up. We do not remove a review because we do not like it.

How we check

Every submitted review is read by a person before it is published. We check whether a connection to an actual collaboration or use is recognisable.

We check anonymous reviews more strictly, because the attribution is missing. We may put questions to the Artim ID on file. Without an answer we do not publish when in doubt.

What does not get published

• Reviews with no recognisable connection to a service or system of ours
• Insults, discrimination, threats
• Untrue statements of fact
• Personal data of third parties, such as the names of other companies' staff
• Advertising, links to other offerings, spam
• Text written by someone other than the person submitting it
• Repeated reviews by the same person about the same matter

Named reviews

Anyone appearing with a name, organisation or profile picture confirms on submission that they are entitled to do so and hold the rights to the image. Only someone authorised may sign on behalf of an organisation.

On request we remove the attribution afterwards or delete the review entirely. A message to [email protected] is enough.

Misuse

Anyone repeatedly breaching these guidelines, for instance through invented reviews or insults, loses the ability to submit further reviews. In serious cases we block the associated Artim ID.

For unlawful content we reserve the right to take further steps.

Presentation

We show every published review, not only the good ones, and we do not sort by stars. We shorten a text only by filler words, never in a way that shifts what it says.

Translated versions are marked as machine translated, because the consent relates to the original.
