Understandable
We explain what we are doing and why, without jargon, and without a look when you ask.

We help with your computer, network and website. We explain it in plain words and stay reachable afterwards.
Free and without obligation. We tell you honestly whether and how we can help.
We explain in normal words what is going on and what it costs, before we start.
We explain what we are doing and why, without jargon, and without a look when you ask.
Usually we get back to you the same day. Much of it can be solved right away by remote support.
If something comes up later, you have our number, and we know your device.
Look first, quote second: you know what it costs and whether a repair is worth it before we start.
A small team, short paths, real people to talk to.
We are a small team from the Lower Rhine. When you call, you speak to someone who solves the problem themselves.
No hidden costs, no jargon, no hold music.
You know what it costs beforehand. If it goes faster, you pay less.
One concrete problem: setting up a computer, fixing Wi-Fi, connecting a printer.
Smart home, bigger changes, or something not listed here. Just tell us what you need.

What I like most is that the Academy is not just classic video courses. You take part in digital sessions live and work on practical projects at the same time. That makes the learning feel much closer to real software development.
The personal timetable and the reminders before sessions make the organisation very pleasant. At the same time, tests and practical assignments give you direct feedback on where you stand. That helps especially when picking up new technologies.
The combination of theory and real software projects convinced me most. You do not only learn how a technology works, you put the knowledge straight into projects. I find the breadth especially exciting, from Python and JavaScript through to React, Docker and databases.
In terms of content the Academy offers a great deal, and being able to work with modern technologies is a big plus. At the same time the number of topics is demanding in places, and you have to invest a fair amount of your own time to keep pace with the projects and assignments.
My laptop kept getting slower and I did not know exactly why. Artim Industries looked at the problem, found the cause and set the machine up properly again. The explanation was understandable and I never felt fobbed off with jargon.
After buying my new laptop it mattered to me to bring my old data and settings across without collecting everything myself. The setup and the data migration were taken over completely, and in the end the new machine was ready to use straight away.
At home the Wi-Fi was regularly very slow in some rooms. Instead of simply adding another repeater, it was first established where the actual problem lay. The network was then adjusted accordingly, and since then the connection works far more reliably throughout the house.
I had wanted my own website for my work for a while, but did not fancy a complicated site builder. Artim Industries built me a custom website tailored exactly to my content. What I like most is that the page does not feel cluttered and that my work is what stands at the centre.
Backups used to be more of a "I really ought to get round to that" topic for me. Now the backup runs automatically and I do not have to remember it each time. What reassures me most is that it was also tested whether the data can genuinely be restored when it matters.
I had a problem with my PC that could be solved remotely. That meant I did not have to take the machine anywhere, and I could even carry on working while it happened. The solution was found quickly and it was explained to me in plain terms what had actually gone wrong.
